BH Parque 93

Centrally located, confortable and very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful. Close to many restaurants and cafes near Parque de la 93.

An overall very nice hotel. Breakfast option was not to broad but besides that it was a very nice and confortable stay

You can hear everything from my room on the second floor.

Stayed four nights on first ever visit to Bogota. Staff was great, very friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was great. Room can use more towels daily, and towels can be a softer. The shower door did not open all the way, and it scraped the floor making a "scratching chalkboard" noise; as a result, water leaked into bathroom floor. Generally, the hotel was great, but a few things needed maintenance work. Location was very convenient. Fantastic value for the price.

Overall good value for the price. Room was a bit small but very clean. A few items in the room were broken or not working, but when we notified them they sent staff to fix it promptly. We had a problem with the airport transfer they arranged for us and specifically one of their front desk staff... his name is Wilson. Few days before our arrival to Bogota, we asked the hotel to change the airport pickup time to 2 hours later as we wanted to get our Yellow Fever vaccine at the airport after landing. The hotel confirmed this request, but they failed to relay this info to the driver, who showed up at the previous arranged time. This resulted in us having to pay an extra fee for the driver to wait for us for over 1 hour, which we gladly paid as the miscommunication was not his fault. He was very kind and drove us from the Arrival to the Departure Terminal, which was 5 minutes away by car. However when we brought this up to the front desk, Wilson denied responsibility by saying that the driver did not charge us for the wait, but because we had asked him to drive us between Terminals. This was not true as the driver had already told us it was for the wait (using Google Translate app) and their other front desk staff Julio, who initially translated for us, also said it was for the wait. We were not looking for reimbursement, it was a mere $10, however Wilson's way of denying responsibility by blaming the customer was appalling.

Excellent attention to detail. Very good location at Parque 93, safe area with loads of cafes restaurants etc. Easy to get Taxi or bus to downtown Candelaria area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Wifi very good. Some English Tv channels. Also enjoyed the free bottle of wine.
