Great stay. I would go back.
Breakfast was extra The Room was hot and the AC didn’t work Very noisy at night The bedding had a plastic coating on them and the sheets didn’t fit the bed Location was good I would Not stay here again
Restaurant, bar, patio, smoking area all conveniently located. Staff very helpful.
Great location and friendly helpful staff! My room was clean and spacious. The lobby bar sells bottled water and there is a restaurant on site but also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Gold Museum, Botero Museum and convenient to public transport.
Very nice staff. Very clean. Good breakfast. Location good. Great city.
Clean, good internet, hot water, excellent Cablr TV
The breakfast wasn't hot enough and very limited cocktails at night.
Don't have a lot of negatives, this hotel was excellent in so many aspects. The reception is beautifully decorated, modern, overlooking the museum, downtown and the mountains. Rooms are clean and have everything you need, slept like a baby. If you're used to AC you'll be a bit cold but I think they have room heaters. Location is ideal, central, right in the heart of Bogota's bustling and chic international center/downtown area. The one HUGE negative was with the security staff, who one of them was quite hostile with my party. Made us feel unwelcome because he acted suspicious toward us. Came up and questioned my 20 year old daughter (???) who was by herself. A hotel employee should make you feel welcomed, and at ease, and it was not the case at all with the security doorman. Just sad this ruined my stay a little but I don't have one complaint about anything else, the price is what made me choose this stay, which overall went great. :)
I enjoyed staying here and indeed extended my stay for its comfort. The hotel is located right next to the National Museum and behind it there is a street with many choices of restaurants. Wifi was strong and stable. Yes I could confirm some reviews writing about the amenity being minimal. I personally did not find it much of an issue as I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. There are many grocery stores within a few minutes walk if you need ones. I would love to stay here again if I visit Bogota.
Great value for money - near embassies etc. Bigger city than expected but was really good price
