I had high hopes when booking this hotel, and to be honest it was kind of disappointing, parking is not free, it's down a hill and across the street and you can't leave your car in the unloading area while you check in. Things are done by tickets, which I personally have never experienced before. Pool towels for example, you get a ticket for 1 free towel at the indoor pool after that you have to pay for towels. Rooms are very dated with very hard beds, and thin blankets. The rooms are very spacious especially for japan, and the view is beautiful. This would be a good hotel if you have lots of kids, especially little kids are the hotel has many amenities for children, including indoor playground, special children's area in the pool, and even an arcade. However when we were there the pool doesn't open until 4pm which is pretty late. Last thing isn't really something they can control but since its called a "sea park" I felt it was worth mentioning. The tides in this area from the tide charts we looked at as well as what we experienced, are low tide in the middle of the day until early evening. So when we checked in at 2-3pm the sea level was so low that there were only tide pools about knee deep at best and ALOT of rocks and coral. Thus we were unable to swim in the ocean. So morning and night were the only times the area was swim able.
