Ein Traumort in ein sensationell schönen Hotel, Service, Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter TOP, Lage einmalig und unvergesslich. Der Aussenpool mit Seewasser und immer 28 Grad. Das Frühstücksbuffet immer perfekt auch wenn Ende Wochende geschlossen wird. Einfach Spitze freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

Lage top, Personal eher flop
Traumhafte Lage, atemberaubender Ausblick. Das Personal jedoch keine 5* wert: Eine Freundin wollte mit uns in einem der hauseigenen Restaurants dinieren. Als sie sich an der Rezeption nach uns erkundigte, antwortete die Empfangsdame mit den Worten "Was ist damit?"- niveaulose Reaktion! Man sollte auch davon Abstand halten, die kostenlosen Badartikel in den Kulturbeutel zu legen. Das Housekeeping wühlt durch die Habseligkeiten und kramt diese wieder hervor, um sie zurück auf die dafür vorgesehene Schale zu legen. In unseren Augen eine bodenlose Frechheit und ein nicht wieder gutzumachender Vertrauensbruch. Alle Strandliegen mit Spinnennetzen geschmückt, Benutzung von z.B. Standup Paddle Boards sind gesondert zu zahlen. Bei diesen Zimmerpreisen sollten solche Spielereien inkludiert sein. Da wir nach unserem Aufenthalt noch in der Nähe waren, wollten wir noch einmal das Frühstück im Schloss Seefels genießen. Als offensichtliche Nicht-Hotelgäste wurden wir dann vom Maître d'Hôtel persönlich mit einem raubeinigen"Ja?!" in Empfang genommen. Als wir unseren Besuchsgrund nannten, flüsterte er nur "Na dann.." Erneut niveaulos und unverschämt. In anderen 5* Hotels funktioniert dies sonst immer ganz anders- nämlich mit einem freundlichen "Guten Morgen". Fazit: Tolle Lage, dies macht aber noch lange kein gutes Hotel aus. Eine ordentliche Schulung des gesamten Personals wäre angebracht. Kein 5* Niveau. Junges Hotelpersonal (Praktikanten?) waren jedoch allesamt bemüht und freundlich.
