I reserved and paid through Hotels.com and when I got there, they did not have my reservation. They provided a room but insisted on my credit card. I provided it and they charged me the full amount of the room despite the fact that I showed them all of the documentation I had documenting full pre-payment. When I went to the desk the next morning at 8 am, it took 5 mins for someone to show up. He eventually credited me for the amount almost 24 hours after I was charged. We got dinner there and were overcharged for that too. We got 2 small plates of food and 2 bottled drinks and were charged $40. The bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door shut to tolerate being in the room.
