The breakfast is fantastic. Best brewed coffee. Ate dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the staff is great. Perfect location near the beach. The view from the room and pool is amazing!

Hotel is well located but ran out for being so new. When I stayed in, there was a renovation going on. Hopefully for the better. Rooms are good size but bathrooms (specially showers) need a better cleaning. Rooftop is too small for the amount of guests staying at the property. Valet is very expensive for Brazil standards. Breakfast is good but same options almost daily. Room service is very good though. Anyone can get in the elevators and go up, which in my opinion is quite dangerous in a city like Rio de Janeiro. Not sure I'm planning to be back.

The hotel is well located, comfortable and staff is extremely helpful, at a excellent price for the stay. It has a quite interesting gym available for the guests - just a couple of machines were disconnected - perhaps in need of maintenance. Overall, an excellent stay.

Check-in HORRÍVEL. Chegamos com uma hora de antecedência (14h) e só conseguimos entrar no quarto uma hora depois do horário de check-in (16h). Uma desorganização completa na recepção. Falta de informações sobre o motivo da demora e nenhuma assistência da equipe. Funcionários pareciam perdidos atrás do balcão. Uma fila enorme no hall e vários outros hóspedes indignados, na mesma situação que nós. Superado o caos do check-in, com o hotel lotado, apenas 2 elevadores estavam funcionando. Constantemente cheios. Era preciso ficar na fila durante umas 2 ou 3 idas e vindas do elevador para conseguir usá-lo. O hotel claramente não tem preparo para receber a quantidade de pessoas que se dispõe a receber. O que se prova no café da manhã que - apesar de bom - era uma verdadeira guerra. Um tumulto como nunca vi em nenhum hotel. Como se não bastasse, passamos a última noite inteira no calor, porque o hotel estava sem luz e, aparentemente, um hotel deste porte não conta com gerador... o que fez com que tivéssemos que descer com as malas do 12º andar até o térreo. Ao chegar no térreo, pedi para que fosse desconsiderado o consumo de algumas garrafas de água diante de todo o transtorno, e o rapaz da recepção apenas disse: "Não posso fazer nada; essas questões são só com o gerente." Cadê o gerente? Indisponível, assim como na hora do check-in... A única funcionária isenta de críticas é a senhora que arruma os quartos, que foi solícita em todas as tratativas. De resto, uma decepção.

Hotel possui ótima localização. Porém uma desorganização que bera o ridículo. Café da manhã uma bagunça sem tamanho, horrível, funcionários despreparados, sem café, sem prato, atendimento horrível. O quarto estava ótimo. Elevadores que não dava conta da demanda, recepção uma loucura de cheio, e sem funcionários para atendender o número necessário. Em resumo, não voltaria a esse hotel. Não recomendo.

O hotel está em reforma e um CAOS!!! Quando reservamos ou nas mensagens pré viagem não fomos informados disso. Demoramos 45 para fazer o check in. Recepcionistas sem agilidade, sobrecarregados. Somente dois elevadores funcionavam para todo o hotel, ou seja, 20 minutos esperando para conseguir descer e subir pro café da manhã. O café é bem servido, cama limpa, mas banheiro com mofo e vazamento. Enfim, pessima experiencia.
