I arrived at the property around 7:30 pm to check in. Unlike what was reported by the establishment, the reception phone did not work (the reception was closed) and luckily I found a resident who had a contact number, where I called and managed to speak with someone. When speaking, I explained the situation and I was waiting on the phone for about 10 minutes to give me some information. They hung up on me, I called back 5 or 6 times and no one answered. Then I called the same number from another phone and they answered promptly, soon the person on the other end of the phone already knew who he was talking to and again began to take a long time to answer. I was with my family and child waiting for more than 1 hour in total and after I said that I would call the police if I didn't solve the problem, they gave me the code to access my key. SHAME and completely disrespectful the whole service of this hotel. They didn't clean my room even one day. On the last day the hot water just didn't work. The complete disaster. and it wasn't cheap! Finally, as it is a hotel, tourist environment, communication in English must be essential and the level of English of the staff was simply terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
