the stay was nice, the staff were very courteous, facilities were great, downside the hot water valve didn't work great in the shower and the hotel new years party music kept me up until approx 4am in morning when i needed to wake up for an 8am zipline trip; otherwise would have gotten a 5star.

To the security guard (can’t remember his name, he wore glasses) that was an excellent support (also helped with our photos). All the staff at Lia Hotel were exceptional. We had a very good stay! There should be a switch in the bathroom for light and one for ventilation, not one for both. The ventilation is pretty loud, so you risk waking the rest of your room. Also some more hangers in the bathroom would be nice. Other than that, excellent stay!

The staff were attentive and very helpful, and having a private pool was definitely a plus. Parking, however, could have been a better experience. Our balcony was shared with three other rooms, which was fine, but I would have preferred it to be more secluded. The property also shares the beach, and unfortunately it felt a bit dirty and messy at times.
