The manager of the house was EXTREMELY helpful and reasonable with demands. Recommended this for anyone needing a clean, low-costing, place to stay.

The host Mr. Michael is beyond awesome. He's very easy going and understanding, easy to talk to and polite. Property is clean and in a great neighborhood. The rooms are nice and the house is beautiful. Glad i chose here for my stay.

Living conditions were sufficient, and well kept. Bathroom was more than enough, water was always desired temperature, and minimal mold/damage. Some ant problems, but it was very well insulated from weather/noise, and plenty of space to setup and live in. Additionally, the owners are very friendly and clear communicating so if there is a problem they will be there to help address it immediately. Repairs were being done as well just as I was leaving so owners are doing their best to keep conditions improving.
