Muy mal servicio al cliente, pesimo, para la cadena que representan dejan mucho que desear, jamas volvere a hospedarme en ese hotel

Excelente atención por el personal desde el ingreso, desayuno buffet rico. De parte de todo el personal del hotel muy buena atención. Aparte el servicio de lavandería y hielos es una excelente opción dentro del hotel. Felicitaciones.
