Lovely stay in the city centre. Staff on reception very friendly and attentive. Slept like a log thanks to blackout curtains. Nice breakfast, free minibar and drink in rooftop bar.

Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel decor is very nice giving it a relaxing feel. We were given a upgrade when we arrived, a room with a balcony and complimentary mini fridge with soft drinks which was fantastic. Good to know - spa facility max 6 people and need to prebook. Great location, everything close by. Only down side the coffee machine at breakfast kept breaking down, overall an excellent experience.

An absolute stunning hotel on entering the reception to sadly leaving to go home…. you can not ask for more, wonderful decor, beautiful surroundings, gorgeous roof top bar (albeit not quite open) & pool/beds, customer service very welcoming, polite & knowledgeable. Beautiful new hotel in great location

We loved every minute of our stay in this brand-new hotel. Our room was beautiful; really comfy bed, lovely linens, great shower, coffee machine, fridge and kettle. Roof terrace views/sun beds were great. Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, particularly the young woman who checked us in (sorry, we didn’t get your name but you told us you’d lived in England). It is a brand-new hotel with very friendly staff. It is close to everything, near a lively square (La Merced, with lots of terraces). You walk right into the old city with many stores, restaurants, and tapas bars. Also, the museums are close by. If you want to open a window at night, you don't want a room on the street side as people outside make a lot of noise until very late. The breakfast is nice, and it has a small pool on the roof. We would go there again.

Modernt och centralt hotell

Överlag ett fräscht, modernt, fint och centralt hotell med hjälpsam personal. Oerhört sköna sängar, bra luftkonditionering och tyst rum. Hade bokat ett trippel rum till mig och mina döttrar som enligt bokningen skulle vara 28 kvm, men jag upplevde att rummet var mindre än det. Städningen som jag läst mycket bra om tycker jag kunde vara bättre. Fanns en del grus vid väggar och hörn plus att vi hade små insekter/myror som sprang runt på skrivbordet. De fyllde dagligen på med vatten och läsk som man fick ta kostnadsfritt, vilket var mycket uppskattat. Frukosten var bra, dock behöver de göra något åt sina kaffemaskiner som var oerhört långsamma och hela tiden behövde tömmas/gick sönder. Det var också ganska trångt på frukosten och jag upplevde att personalen hade svårt att hinna med. Hotellet har en jätte fin takterrass med pool med väldigt sköna solsängar. Hotellet ligger nära shopping och restauranger och det är ca 1,5 km till närmaste stranden.
