The room was very clean. The bathroom was quite small but clean. The walls are thin so you easily hear neighbors. The location is convenient, albeit not within walking distance of any of the city's main attractions. Avoid room service: it is extremely slow and expensive for the quality. Huone oli ihan ok. TV kaukosäädin ei toiminut. Jouduin asiaa käydä pariin kertaan kysymään vastaanotossa. Lopulta huoneeseen tuotiin toimiva kaukosäädin. Torakoita vessassa. Aamupala oli ihan ok. On kummallista että hedelmät voivat loppua tämän tason hotellissa. Luulisi keittiöpäällikön tekevän työnsä ja huomaavan tällaiset asiat! Täällä oli myös aivan liian paljon henkilökuntaa. Inhoan syödä aamupalaa kun nurkissa pyörii porukkaa jonka ainoa tehtävä on siirrellä jo katetuissa pöydissä haarukkaa. Lisäksi oli useampia juoruryhmiä nurkissa hihittelemäsaä. Henkilökunta määrän voisi puolittaa ja laittaa ihmiset tehokkaasti töihin. Ärsyttävää. Uima-allas pieni. Liian vähän hissejä. Aina kun menet johonkin odotat odotat ja odotat. Voisi kuvitella että hissejä olisi tupla määrä. Olen ollut useammassa Amarin hotellissa ja tämä kokemus ehdottomasti huonoin.

Our stay at Amari Colombo was by far the worst five-star hotel experience we have ever had. While the hotel looks modern and attractive at first glance, this impression collapses completely as soon as you experience the actual service and management. What was acceptable: The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the city view was pleasant. The rooftop bar with live music and DJ sets was enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. Where everything went seriously wrong: From check-in onward, the experience was dominated by incompetence and a lack of professionalism. Our room door was defective, and despite reporting it immediately in the early afternoon, nothing happened for hours. After several complaints, someone looked at it but simply disappeared without fixing anything or communicating with us. By 21:30, after yet another call, we were finally told the door could not be repaired and that we needed to change rooms. Assigning a room with a broken door and then requiring multiple interventions to address something so basic is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel — especially one claiming five stars. The problems continued nonstop: The first room had an empty soap dispenser. The second room had stained sheets and visible mold in the bathroom. Under the sofa, there was still trash left behind from previous guests — clearly the room had not been cleaned properly. The breakfast room was uncomfortably cold. Service was wildly inconsistent: plates were cleare

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sehr sauber und modern. Das Bad war schön, modern, die Dusche sehr gut. Das Personal war super nett, das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Die Lage zentral, TukTuks sofort verfügbar. Ich bin allein zu Fuss zu einer tollen Mall gegangen (ca 800 m) und habe mic absolut sicher gefühlt. Toll ist auch der Pool. Den Sonnenuntergang (26. Stock) von dort nicht verpassen. Man kann auch prima im Hotel essen. Ebenfalls 26. Stock.
