All staff were very well-coming and provided a great service. The bar staff were amazing throughout the hotel. The waiters/waitress were all very friendly. The entertainment was very good on most days. Overall the food was was of high quality in the speciality restaurants. The main restaurant should have more variation. I recommend the Spaghetti section for dinner be moved from the middle of the buffet area to the children section as this tends to cause a bit of chaos with small kids and parents push into the buffet lines and spend ages pouring oversized portions - this causing people waiting in the line to get frustrated. Queuing for drinks and food is generally a issue throughout the hotel but not due to the hotel staff but the guests, some of who think they too important to queue.
