Room not serviced..
It is the first time I have not had my room serviced anywhere. We were out for the day and came back late and the room was as we left it, bed not made up, towels not replaced when left wet on the bathroom floor for replacement. Location was nice and bed comfortable though. There is no-one on reception overnight to deal with problems only security staff.

Couldn't believe you had NO restaurant, room service or breakfast on site for a 4.5 star. Very disappointing. Also didn't know you couldn't have a river or story bridge view without booking a 2 or 3 bedroom.

Staff were outstanding in their empathy and responsiveness from the outset and for the duration of our 5 day stay. Facilities in our 3 bedroom apartment were everything we needed over the Christmas period, from kitchen to laundry and two bathrooms. And the view overlooking the river was spectacular with the large balcony, accessed by fully opening sliding doors/windows providing us with extra living space, fresh air and a chance to take in the sights. Beds were comfortable, there was very little street or internal noise and the effective air-conditioning was zoned and easily controlled. Many guests seemed to enjoy the pool and there were other on-site facilities that we did not utilise. A disappointment was the erratic wifi service, particularly given it was not free. We had a few maintenance and cleaning issues but these were promptly dealt with on request by very professional and helpful housekeeping staff. Mantra on the Quay is well located, with access to the river boardwalk just a few metres from the front entrance and the CBD within easy walking distance. This is great accommodation for a family and the staff are terrific.
