It is a low key-style small Inn, but scores high in cleanliness, comfort, and very economical in fees. Close to downtown. Offered small breakfast bar and coffee. Friendly staff.

The room fit my needs. I'm not a demanding traveler. Check in/check out were both fast and hassle-free. Desk staff was efficient. Housekeeping refreshed the room in a timely manner. I've stayed at the University Inn before. Each time has been pleasant. When future travel to Tucson calls, I hope this motel can provide me lodging.
