1. Bed too firm. 2. Bell/sound in elevator was loud and piercing. 3. No water available at breakfast! [huge oversight!]. 4. Computer system enormously slow [took 15 minutes to check in and another 10 to check out], or staff was not properly trained on system.

Which Hampton inn west?
There are 2 Hampton inn west in Amarillo so finding which one is the correct one is a bit of a pain also this Hampton is brand new so they haven’t quite worked the bugs out of their door locks so it took 2 trips to the desk and a desk clerk to get in my room but the hotel was really nice and clean once we got past all the operating hiccups
