Owner was very angry with us for our misunderstanding of check in process. He escalated to yelling, banging things around, cursing at us, belittling our spanish. He physically blocked us from moving away from him as he was yelling curse words. He was drunk as he showed up 2 hours late for check in. we would have left except for difficult drive to leave. In my whole life, this by far the worst lodging experience I have ever had. He was scary. I think we were lucky he didnt hit us.
