We were shocked! The hotel property is rundown. When we checked in, the floors in our rooms were FILTHY! I cleaned the entire floor with the Clorox wipes I had packed. One of the bathroom showers didn't work - no hot water. SuiteDreams was NOT sweet dreams - it was a nightmare and completely OVERPRICED. Don't stay here, and if you do, no one should pay more than $100/night...we paid over $300. HORRIBLE!

Pictures on site show modern facility. This hotel is anything but. Dated rooms, poor air conditioner, bathrooms with poor upkeep (shower head trickles water, stained toilets, broken bathroom counters). The staff gave all star service but this budget hotel was not worth it.

We were scheduled to arrive at this hotel in the the early evening but unfortunately our flight was delayed by many hours. This meant our scheduled airport transportation for pick up would be affected causing us much concern. Our check in would also be affected as we would be arriving at around midnight. We were very fortunate to be able to contact Stefania by what’s app to let let her know about our delay. She managed to contact the airport transportation to arrange pickup at the later time and gave us clear concise instructions on how to do self check in into the hotel as there would be nobody at the desk at arrival. We want to thank Stefania for her amazing customer service as she went way above and beyond. The room was also excellent, it was a very large suite for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The daytime staff at reception were very helpful in providing maps and directions to the main attractions in Rome.
