Unprofessional management, No WiFi
First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor.
I did get barrages of messages for different things.
From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even though it wasn't used.
This property and its management are out to extort people. They charge you different hidden fees. They are out to collect your money and are desperate about it.
They charge separately for their hot tub per week, whether used or not. When i questioned, they used hotels with a swimming pool to compare, asking me if I ask hotels for refund if I don't use their swimming pool. Which hotel charges you separately for using their swimming pool?
The doors of the shower upstairs keep leaking water when in use, and for that reason, the floor of the bathroom next to the shower is always wet.
The WiFi in the building is NON-EXISTENT. Doesn't work and as a result we were not able to work whilst in this property unless when we had to hotspot our mobile Internet.
Then, the entrance to the building is annoyingly tight. It was a nightmare navigating the entrance of the building, so you really have to squeeze in.
In summary, I will not recommend Just Stay to anyone.
