The staff was great, the property was nice and the room was clean. However, they have blinds that don’t cover the whole window with a neon sign that isn’t turned off at night flashing into the room. There is no room darkening drapes over the shade. The street side rooms have to listen to road noise all night. Sleeping was an issue.

Value was not there, daily rate very high for property condition, restaurant and entry carpet was filthy. Paid for a room with a view and the windows were in bad shape and so dirty you couldn’t enjoy the view.

The check in attendant was unfriendly and rude.The noise from the highway was so loud all night long and made it extremely hard to sleep.The heating- cooling system was loud and uncontrollably, it was either to warm or to cool also making hard to sleep. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good and the waitstaff was friendly and efficient.
