Lovely, clean room. Breakfast was in the cafe next door due to hotel renovations and that was OK, despite a lack of choice. However, check-in when the desk is not manned after 20:00 was difficult and unintuitive. We had to rely on a staff member who only spoke through an intercom. It took a long time to figure everything out and I could hear the staff getting frustrated with us. Not what I wanted after a long day of work. I was very close to looking for another hotel.

This little property was amazing. The hotel is old, but well kept. The room was small, but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Located less than 10 min walking from Zurich main train station and only 15 min walking from the old town. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. There is a great cafe restaurant next door for breakfast or lunch.
