Pretty Pink Palm

The Pink Palm is a beautiful and picturesque boutique hotel located in the heart of the old city. It’s very convenient to walk to town but if you are driving the parking situation is less than ideal. Also, be aware there are lots of stairs. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated and the views are gorgeous. Definitely great for those Instagram shots! The only drawback was breakfast left a lot to be desired and for the resort fee that is paid, I was expecting more. It was only eggs, bread, pork(which I cannot eat), and fruit. The rooms were fun and comfortable.

Getaway for a long weekend

We were on St. Thomas for a downtown wedding. The location was excellent for our purposes. The staff were very good and one issue with our room was addressed promptly. Please note that there are many steps in this property, so it is probably not suitable for those with mobility issues.

We had a fabulous time at The Pink Palm! Staff was so friendly and nice. I really appreciated the text updates throughout our stay! The grounds were very well kept and cute! It was a big buggy so it was so great that there were bug zappers in each room.

This property is so fabulous! The staff and owners are very attentive, and every detail is made to make the guests’ experience relaxing and luxurious. The property is beautiful, and the restaurant’s food was superior! They even found a special treat with a firework candle for my sister’s anniversary We will definitely be back!

The Pink Palm provides its guests with an attractive hotel in the center of Charlotte Amalie, which makes it possible for guests to walk round town and avoid taxis. Each room is unique in its design. Many have lovely views of the harbor, as do the many patios. Equally important, maybe more important, the staff goes above-and-beyond. Anything we wanted appeared quickly and was presented enthusiastically.

The property was not as safe, or clean as it seemed via pictures. I did not feel comfortable walking around at night alone. The staff was not as friendly as you would expect, and the pool area was left dirty.

The Pink Palm is great. The staff are welcoming -even better, the attentiveness does not stop at check in. Several more appropriately spaced text messages informed me of check in, emergency after desk hour contact information, and checking on us before check out. The plan of the property is impressive. Each room has its own little sense of privacy. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. Bed is comfy. It was perfect. A 5 minute walk doe hill to main st. 12 minute to ferry to other islands. Porters help with bags up and down the labyrinth of steps in the property.
