Our stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. Having a restaurant with quality food was a bonus. However, the service and general interaction with most people at the Sunset Grille patio and bar was so disappointing! Service was slow and sometimes the servers were down right negligent and RUDE. Twice we had to go get Our own cups and water AFTER WAITING for 20 minutes! We asked for our check to be split per couple (we were sitting right next to our spouses and she took down the orders in that manner), when we received the bill it was all together and then she acted very inconvenienced when we asked her to split it up accordingly. We had to ASK Our servers for everything. Nothing was just offered or presented, nor were WE, the customers, asked what we needed. The bar tenders were rude, inappropriate and high or drunk or Both. One in particular was VERY condescending and demeaning towards women. Another one was inappropriate. The towel guys on the beach were lazy, inattentive and begrudgingly picked up forgotten towels with MUCH loud verbal complaints and insults towards those guests who chose not to return the towels. When we asked for help from the concierge, again, we were treated with disdain and she acted inconvenienced AND she gave us incorrect information! So generally although the resort is beautiful and the views and beach and swimming are incredible, not only will I not be returning to Secret Harbor Beach Resort, i will not recommend it to anyone either!

Favorite place in St.Thomas
We have stayed here several times. Love the accommodations in the beachfront condos, and the low key nature of the resort. Only issue is with the knowledge and advice at the front desk. We were told we didn’t need a reservation for dinner at the nicer restaurant, but thankfully we made one anyway. We weren’t seated in a timely manner, nor were we waited on for quite some time. Meal however was great.

Nice place but when you get woken up at 4AM by the smoke alarm chirping because the battery is low, it’s not only extremely irritating, it shows a lack of attention to detail. Especially regarding safely related issues.

Lovely property, quiet and private. It’s isolated from shopping and convenience, so you have to get a lot of taxis to pick up supplies/food. But the beach is gorgeous, restaurant food is delicious, and staff are very friendly!

This is a value for the price. The property is on the older side but what makes it great is the beach which is beautiful. There is also a restaurant onsite and the staff throughout the property was very nice.
