空間不錯夠用，設施完備(雙人床x2、榻榻米、餐桌、餐具、洗衣機)，也有提供足夠的備品(浴巾、毛巾、沐浴乳、洗髮精、洗衣精), 兩間臥室總共可以住 4-6 人 連鎖超商、MoS、Fresco超市，都在東寺地鐵站周邊大約 700 公尺，步行需要 10-15 分鐘 1F <-> 2F 樓梯坡度稍陡，若有年長者或幼童需注意
