Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. It's a little older place. So if you are looking for fancy. This is not your place. But we very much enjoyed our stay.

We got the deluxe suite for the weekend, which was fabulous because we were able to cook and just relax in the living room area. They do provide some pots and pans and utensils and dishes as well. That was fabulous. Room was clean with extra bedding on the side so that was nice and plenty of towels. Only thing I think they should mention for this specific room is that it is right above the rec room so for anybody with a infant or a toddler who has daytime naps just be aware of that it can get a little noisy below, nothing too out of hand though. overall, very satisfied with the stay would definitely return to the suite again.

The non contact check in and check out was fine. Room was OK. The toilet ran continuously. There was no heat on in the room when we got there and the tempurature was difficult to manage. General condition of the property was rough. I wouldn't stay there again.

Made a reservation through expedia.com, got here when the office was "open", and there is nobody here,. If you try to call it goes to a call center where they say somebody will call you back, but nobody calls you back. We paid for 2 nights, now we're trying to book somewhere else.

Diane, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is older, but clean. It’s in a great location for access to all the recreation activities Cascade and Donnelly have to offer.

Will not be back NoBo gets my business.
Check in no person at front desk. Had to call the exchange person twice to get in the room. No email sent with door code. Tv couldn’t be fixed so no tv for 3 nights. Fitted sheets didn’t fit bed kept coming off and unk crusty substance on sheet. Shower head sprayed in five different directions. Holes in the walls and peeling drywall Sconce over bed loose and falling out of the fixture. The room reflected no maintenance or care by owner. You have to call the exchange operator who is mostly over seas so there’s language barriers delays and echos when you needed something. Then wait for the exchange to call back. Did meet the nice maintenance lady/ clerk who had limited resources at her disposal and was obviously too overwhelmed to handle requests. We stayed at birch glen two years ago and had a pleasant visit. Something is definitely going on now it’s terrible.

Great place. Fun activities. Room was clean. Thank you for having us.

Perfect for a getaway.
Other than the window to our room facing directly west, and no black out curtains to keep the sun out in the morning this was a great place to stay. Bed were nice and comfy, for motel beds, and over all it had a warm, cozy, comfy feel to it. We weren’t fall from town center or Lake Cascade. We would stay here again.

Classic 1970s style motel. The room was clean though that old and weathered. Very quiet. No traffic noise. Worth the money.

The Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the only draw back was the wi-fi was weak and hard to connect to. Thank you for the kindness.

Overall, a great place for families with young kids. But the refrigerator did not work properly (was not cooling properly) and the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor. My kids especially enjoyed the game room (air hockey, pool, foosball). Too bad the dart board was not operational.

At best an $80 motel tops. No cell service and the WiFi didn’t work where my room was located. I’d stay in McCall or Boise for anyone making the trip. Worst stay on my 3 week journey for the money…

The front desk person was super friendly. The actual room was super old and one piece of the blind was broke so someone could peak in our room. Bed was super old. Price should of been around 50$ a night but was 200$ a night.
