Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Front desk was unwilling to hold bags. Despite paying over 300 AUD a night, the 4 occupants in a 3 bathroom apartment received 2 cake soaps and 2 shampoos. Better attitude from the staff and less stinginess with minor items would have made for a better experience.

There is plenty of room for improvement in the maintenance, the adveritsed pool and spa has been closed for what it looks a long while, hand towels were not provided even as asked for, and the entry via the garage door never worked.
