Excellent, central location. We checked in too early and the room was not ready but they offered us a lift with their courtesy car to one of the local museums and we were noticed when the room was ready. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Amazing views over the city from our Skyline View room at level 29. The bed was excellent, the room was spacious and very well decorated, as were all the public areas.

Lovely but terrible elevators
Exquisite property. Unfortunately, the elevator options are extremely limited, negatively affected every trip up or down the entire stay. There was also a huge spill of multiple coffees on one of the elevators, and people had no choice but to step in it because they were always crowded.

Checked in our type of room that we booked ahead of time wasn’t available and staff out in a different less expensive room Said we would get 200 credit. Checked out and didn’t have credit on final bill. The 2 beds were very small and too soft. Bartenders not responsive or friendly. Dinner was average. They brought us the wrong dessert but us the proper one but didn’t take off bill. Hit and miss opening door. Made no attempt to help with bags. Will not go back.
