We had an easy check in. They Accommodated our request for connecting rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool! The kids enjoyed the breakfast. The only bad thing was i bought a pop from the vending machine and it outdated 6 months ago. For the price if an outdated pop was the worse thing I will take it! I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent Customer Service
Soon after arriving we realized the refrigerator in our room was not getting cold. We called the front desk and was offered to switch rooms. Although we declined as we had already unpacked. We were later called back and told a new refrigerator would be brought promptly and installed. The gentleman that brought it was quiet but nice. The new refrigerator was installed, was bigger and worked well. The extra security lock on our room door was broken off, which was a slight concern to me. The comforters did not even reach our shoulders when we covered up which was strange. An the one bed had a soiled and very dirty comforter. Thankfully we had 2 beds and opted to sleep in the second bed for this reason, which had clean linens. Overall the room and bathroom were very clean though. So it was surprising that the bed linens were soiled on the one bed. The breakfast offered in the morning had a wide variety although there was no fresh fruit left when we came down at 9:30am. (Breakfast is from 6am -10am) We did not visit the pool, so I can not comment on that. Overall our stay was nice and we would return to this location. The customer service was great, much better than other hotels we have stayed at.

Only stayed one night passing through thankfully. The shower was terrible, the pressure was so very low it was impossible to get shampoo out of hair. The hotel did it's job giving us a place to stay, but would not stay here again.
