It 's ideal for your vacation in complete relaxation or if you prefer to enjoy unbridled water sports, e-bike excursions, reading on the beach with aperitif, cultural visits sailing excursions with skipper and aperitif and much more.

The daily price includes bed linen and towels, shampoo, soap and of course a fantastic welcome basket offered by Emanuela.

The same will always be at your disposal during your stay and will be happy to organize everything you want including transfers to and from the airport, excursions by sailboat and mountain bike or e-bike, excursions with a guide for shopping in Milan Lugano, water skiing courses or weakboard, reservations in typical restaurants in the neighborhood and not, boat rental with or without license and everything you need.

Hygienic rules used in the apartment

The apartment is sanitized with certified equipment and steam at 100 degrees, an air purifier is used, the laundry washed at 90 degrees, the ladies who do the cleaning use gloves, mask and medical shoes, doors, handles, furniture and all surfaces are disinfected.

Everything is cleaned with sanitizing detergents.

The apartment will remain free for 24 hours before the next check in.

After making the reservation you will have the phone number and you will be in touch via Whatsapp for any questions, the day before check in you will receive directions to reach the apartment and at the agreed time you will meet to carry out all the practices of police, taxes and any extras etc.. and you will be given all the information you need to enjoy your vacation.
