Hotel was charming and location was really good, walking distance from almost everything (art museums, historical part of town / old town, restaurants, shops) and the room was very spacious. The Franklin was the perfect quaint spot for my husband and I who traveled to Philadephia for a quick getaway! From the moment we walked through the door (at 1am I might add) to the moment we left we were treated with respect, and kidness. We had a few needs that were immediately met and taken care of with a smile. Our room was stuffy, and we were moved to a new room at no problem. The location was perfectly located to access all of the spots Philadelphia offers. I would stay here again!

I would highly recommend the Franklin on Rittenhouse for the location, friendly service, plush beds, ambience and comfort. The free continental breakfast menu was perfect with a good variety and seating area was inviting. We walked everywhere and only took Ubers when necesary. I can't wait to return!
