Check in was a nightmare! Waited in line for almost an hour to be checked in at the desk. The staff were nice but the procedure was crazy! They wouldn't let anyone check in until 4 p.m. so the line was so long! Way overpriced for what you get. I think they jack up their pricing when concerts are in town... The room was just ok, could use a good cleaning and some updates. There was chipped paint and mold in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Good place for an overnight stay for a concert.
