No heat in my room
I checked into the hotel at 8:30pm after a long day… my room temperature was freezing when I got there.. I tried to turn it up and nothing worked tried to call the front desk 3 times and no one answered.. it was the coldest day of the year at -20 outside and we had and no heat in our room.. I want a full refund

The hotel room was cool. A little dated but it's a cool hotel. I think it needs to be updated and a little more thorough cleaning. Condoms in the bible that was in the room. It was fine after that

Our room had confetti and peanut M&M’s on the floor we kept finding. There is only one tv remote for both tv’s so that was awkward. The breakfast was not worth it. They ran out of milk for the cereal. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly
