Overall, the stay was okay. Pros: The front desk was extremely nice and so helpful. There was a problem with finding my reservation but they got things fixed and figured out right away. The room was nice and clean and the view of the beach was so beautiful during dusk and dawn. Cons: the parking garage is so small that there is only enough space for one car to enter or exit at a time. If you're driving too fast or not paying attention, an accident can easily happen. Also, there's no designated space for anyone to walk. You will have to either let the car pass then walk or walk and the car will have to wait. Next, there was a $200 deposit which cost more than the actual reservation. Inside of the room (I had the "Run of the House" option) and the toilet was in a room so small that we had to use the bathroom with the door open. Not to mention, the toilet was so low that it only came to the middle of my calf (I'm 5'4"). The shower/tub was so high that we had to sit on the side and swing ourselves in and out of it. The TV inside of the room had such bad quality. Each channel was blurry and fuzzy. The mattress was firm but had a sunken spot in the middle. Also, the box spring under the bed was so noisy everytime we moved or sat on the bed. We had to take out our own trash and there was no daily housekeeping. *Side note* the family next to us was so loud and disruptive due to the thin walls (they could've also just had loud voices). I noticed this on our last day here.

Fixed my oops
I messed up the number of nights we needed to stay. The type of room we had was sold out for the night. I booked our extra night thru the app. I then talked to the front desk and they assisted us by getting our new room while letting us stay in our room before cleaning it. Thanks for making this move so easy on us!

Great stay, no complaints. Bedroom of 1br unit did not have a window, which is not a negative IMO. They were flexible with switching our check out date which I appreciated. Check out Big Sam’s at the inlet - fun place! Also enjoyed Waterside.

BEWARE TIME SALE TALK & PAPER THIN WALLS
First time staying here. We usually visit Va Beach area about 4 or 5 times a year and we decided to change it up and stay here because of the great rates. The pool, sauna, hot tub were great. The room was clean and had what we needed. Beware because at check in they turn you to concierge where the assciate wants to set you up with the whole 90min.time share talk. Its a hard sell too because we were unaware of this. We declined twice. At that point we set up t8me but the next day cancelled. If you dont go without canceling you will be CHARGED $40. Again beware of this tactic. We just wanted a quiet weekend to enjoy birthday and anniversary. Now our 2nd complaint would be the PAPER THIN walls. They stuck 2 older people in between a family with 3 kids and on the other side a group of young individuals that kept us up til 130am while they were laughing, singing and dancing. We were ready to roll. Again the amenties were great but we would not stay again.
