Our stay at the hotel was quite frustrating due to a series of issues, starting with a very disappointing check-in experience. When I mistakenly entered my name instead of the car brand on the vehicle information form, the staff member, Sumanpreet Kaur, rudely snapped at me, saying, "You’re supposed to write the car brand, not your name!" in a frustrated tone. This incident, which was witnessed by my wife and children, left us all feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.
Adding to the poor experience, the hotel’s elevator was out of service. Despite clearly seeing that we had a large amount of luggage, Sumanpreet made no offer to assist us. It was only after we firmly requested help multiple times and expressed our frustration that she reluctantly offered to change our room to one on the first floor.
This kind of unhelpful and dismissive behavior is not what we expected from this hotel. While the room change eventually solved the issue, the overall lack of hospitality and rudeness throughout the process really dampened our stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously so that no future guests have to face such unpleasant situations.
