Overcharged and hair on my breakfast !!!
Booked breakfast but they changed me for it again after I checked out, then did not reply to my emails requesting a refund of the overpayment. I’d probably let that go, but there were two long black hairs on my breakfast that I only noticed after I stated it (I have short grey hair!). The staff really did not care when I reported.
