Nice, comfortable but...
Good price for Palo Alto. Room was in good shape...some street noise and (uncommon, for sure) difficult to get cold water in the sink; mainly hot and sometimes very hot.

Nice, clean place to sleep.
This is a basic hotel, but a very good value for Palo Alto, and the staff was very accommodating.

Unpleasant
I would definetely not chose this hotel. We honestly didn’t think the management make any effort at all to make customers return again. For sure the room should be cleaner. The only asset is, it s near to Palo Alto therefore the high price !! All other hotels we stayed in have been fantastic and much much cleaner.

Clean, quiet, comfortable
A pleasant surprise! My housemate is wheelchair bound, and our double queen room offered plenty of room to move around. A refrigerator, microwave and drip coffee added so much to our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

the Guy behind the counter very rude
the room is ok for the price but the staff very rude. Never again

Recommended hotel for stay, you won’t regret it.
Service was great, rooms were clean, beds comfortable. We had two rooms and paid a good price. My kids loved it

Fine Low-to-Mid-Range Motel, Not Boutique
Life brings me to Palo Alto 4-5 time a year, and I've stayed at a lot of local hotels, from the Sheraton (very nice, and priced accordingly) to the Hilton Garden Inn (ditto), to several Marriott Residence locations, to the Best Western Plus Riviera (wouldn't stay there again), to the Stanford Motor Inn (basic, but clean and unpretentious). I'm usually looking to pay $150-$250 a night, but will go a little higher if I have to. My local favorite is the Creekside Inn, which I'll review separately. I'm not looking for luxury, and I'm willing to stay at a variety of places. But I resent hotels that misrepresent themselves. The Hotel Parmani is a fine option if what you want is a decent, basic motel. It is not, as its website says, a "boutique hotel." In my world, "boutique" means unique, funky, with small touches that display an aesthetic sensibility. Parmani is not any of those things. The room was clean and the linens were mid-range in quality but clean. The furniture was older and out of date, there was no desk (though there was a small table and two chairs), and there was no armchair or other comfortable place to sit and read. The TV was small compared to other places I've stayed. There was no hotel info in the room, so I was not able to figure our whether there was an exercise room or gym access (yes, I could have just asked; their website doesn't mention a gym). WiFi supported my VPN but was unreliable. Overall: meh. I'm posting the same review to Yelp as well.

Disappointed
I’ll let others judge for themselves. It was not worth the price for what I paid for and other issues I won’t mention.
