I stayed here as a last minute choice, glad I did. It was very much a treat to stay here, I felt very safe & the staff was very friendly (housekeeping walked in unannounced 2x)… I was extremely impressed with the room service & Cilantro’s food & service was also exceptional!! -by far the best food on my tour of Baja. My only heads up is you are not able to add tip to service bill: be sure to bring cash.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. It was great having access to both properties blanco & Rose. Good food options at both properties and we really enjoyed the easy beach access. Only complaints was the constant Christmas music (went in early December) which was sort of expected but not to that extent. Also, I payed for a master suite with an Ocean view and got more of a pool view with a snip of ocean view. Overall would recommend this property.

Delightful stay at Pueblo Bonito Blanco.
Our stay was really first class.All the staff was very friendly and helpful,Luis in Palamos Restaurant was very friendly and very polite,just wonderful.The property is older,but it’s in no way run down.our suite was very spacious and comfortable,although we won’t be staying next to the elevator next time.All and all a great experience,we recommend staying at Pueblo Bonito Blanco highly.

Great Family Vacation in Pueblo Bonito Blanco
It was an amazing trip. They had the most, friendliest. respectful and very professional staff from the groundskeeper to the front desk. Very secure, clean, beautiful property that sits right on the beach with its sister property Pueblo Bonito Rose right next to Pueblo Bonito Blanco where we stayed. My daughter stayed in the Rose so we enjoyed both of their amenities. It was just wonderful. We will definitly be returning back.

5 day stay
Beautiful location right on the beach, rooms and view exceptional. Pool service does not start until 10:00a.m. which was disappointing since most guests were at the pool much earlier (need to go early if you wanted chairs). We used the pool next door at Rose the majority of the time as they had more room and activities that actually took place. 3 out of the 5 days had excellent service, they rotate staff so never sure who you will get. Fellini's at Rose was the best dinner we had while there, we did take the shuttle to Quivira steakhouse (at sister property) and was just okay, would not recommend. All and all a good time and would go back.

So hard and uncomfortable, I barely got any sleep. Also, after 8 pm it was dead! It would be nice if there were more entertainment options on the property. Great location by the beach and downtown, whwre you can swim , jet ski, snorkel, and walk to downtown. Beach front with lounge chaira, go between two other sister hotels. This has become my go to hotel
