Hotel Chouette is very clean and located in a more residential neighbourhood. We loved the quiet streets, restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to thw eiffel tower in approx 35 minutes from this hotel. The staff is the best...friendly and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A cozy hotel in the 15th district
A cozy and well managed hotel in the quiet area of Paris. Good breakfasts. A very comfortable bed. Nice staff. Many places around to eat and small shops and a big bookstore, and a big food market on Sundays. Close to the Expo. It was my second stay (in a simpler room this time, on the last floor) but I’m ok to be back next time.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was a good size for families, especially for Paris. I only gave 4 stars for the property condition because on the day we left, the elevator broke down and we had to carry our suitcases from the top floor! They did send someone to help us in the end. I guess that is not to be unexpected in Paris!

Enjoyed staying in this residential neighbour hood. Most days we bought the daily metro and moved around the city and all the sights with ease. Hotel room was old city normal in size (which means small) but it was clean and the beds gave us a fantastic sleep. Good clean bathroom with a great shower. 😀. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is great and has friendly staff, but Expedia is whom I’ve a problem with. I booked for myself and two kids only to find out upon arrival that I was booked for three adults. Also I had to pay tax which Expedia didn’t tell me nothing about. I give the hotel a 5 star, but I’m not sure what to rate Expedia yet.

The hotel is charming, staff was fantastic! Short uber or metro ride to pretty much everything you want to see in Paris without the tourist prices. There is a sidewalk market every Sunday, Tuesdaya nd Thursday steps from the hotel entrance. Its fantastic!

The Chouette Hotel was conveniently located close to the metro and several bus routes. The hotel was clean, safe and the staff was very courteous. It’s in a more residential area and about a 30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Lots of nice restaurants and yummy bakeries close by. Only thing that the room was missing was a dresser as there was only a small area to hang clothes, and I had to keep everything else in my suitcase during my stay. Overall, would recommend this hotel!

The Hotel was clean and not too noisy. However there was no wardrobe in the room, which was inconvenient for three people. The hotel states it is a thirty minute walk to the Eiffel Tower but it is further than that. The area was very average.

Our room on the 6th floor was quite clean (we did not find any bed bugs). Noise isolation was average (could hear wind, rain, and neighbours). The location was on average 30 min away from any sightseeing/touristic sight, which is quite far and meant that we spent losts of time&money commuting. Would not recommend if you are coming to Paris for tourism. Did not try breakfast, but the room had complimentary instance coffee, tea and water which we appreciated.

This hotel was selected as room was advertised with air conditioning. Once checked in, we found out that A/C was not yet switched on as it is seasonal so we needed to “sleep” in a warm and extremely loud room dealing with traffic noise. Rooms need to be advertised truthfully as we would not have selected this hotel if we knew there would be no A/C. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

Always forgot to service my room. Shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, facial paper are not refilled. When I complain to front desk they didn’t believe. French staff talks very rude. Black staff very helpful.

I read many of the Expedia reviews from others who raved about how much they loved this hotel and I will add my name to the list. We had a family room with 4 people. It was spacious with beautiful faux balcony windows looking onto a lovely Parisian neighbourhood street. The pullout was very comfortable for my two teens as well as the main queen. Hotel has 2 hair dryers. Don’t bring one like we did! Front desk staff are kind and helpful. We used the safe at the front desk, ordered Ubers, and asked many directions. It was a very good experience at the Chouette and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. It’s a very easy 5 ish minute walk from the metro to the Chouette and if you are lucky the street venders will have the beautiful food stall market while you are there. We stayed 3 nights and experienced it one of the days. I loved being out of the tourist hustle and bustle and getting a feel for a more true Parisian life walking the neighbourhood streets. It was lovely!
