COVID-19 conditions:In the event that your government or the government of the country you are visiting has declared the region of your holiday home as a risk area, we will give you the opportunity to rebook or cancel free of charge (=money back).This applies within 2 weeks before your arrival date.Accommodation description:This cosy Tyrolean house has 2 renovated, newly furnished holiday apartments on the ground floor.Both holiday apartments can be reached via an external entrance.The location is ideal in summer and winter, quiet and idyllic, but still not far from the centre of St. Johann.The ski bus stop is located opposite the house, the bus takes you to the ski lift free of charge in just a few minutes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, a nice living room (with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people) with dining table, Tv and open kitchen.In the kitchen you will find a ceramic hob, Nespresso machine and all necessary kitchen utensils.The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.You have access to a large communal garden with a terrace facing south. From the garden table to deckchairs everything is available!There is also a lockable garage for bikes and skis. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the property.As an optional extra, Nespresso capsules (5€ per pack of 10) and a bread roll service are available on request.
