Hmmm.......
Not what we would have hoped for!! Customer service poor in all honesty, arrived after a very long flight very tired, wanting to relax in the room with some TV, which did NOT work! We were put into a room which the hotel clearly must of known it did work. Called maintenance who arrived to fix? Spent an age, in and out of room, we just wanted to relax grab something to eat and chill/unpack, instead had to wait around, maintenance temporarily bodged the TV, which wasn't fixed properly and told us to speak to front desk to move rooms. We did that the following morning, and was advised our room/luggage would be moved that day (Sunday 17th) yeah it was NOT! so after a long day at the hard rock stadium we came back to more issues. Was moved eventually to another room on the main road opposite. loud traffic noise until early hours or even didn't stop it felt. Spent Monday moving rooms again. Spent most of the stay moving rooms! Reason I am saying this is the hotel came recommended for it's quietness, I am a light sleeper so which is why we booked this. Felt more tired checking out then when arrived. Also a faulty air con noisy unit in the next room we were put in? Uhhh! Poor front desk at times also, made to feel like we should not be saying and made to feel we were making it up! Most of front desk not all! A little arrogant for my liking to be honest. Restaurant staff excellent though. All in all not great!
