Given the 4 stars rating because I had requested for wake up call follow up call 45mins later due to super important meeting that I need to attend; the hotel didn’t wake me up. Exeeding Expectations
Exeeded my expectation. Thought it will be a mediocre hotel, which I dont mind since Im just travelling alone for a short trip. However, was amazed by the service standards, receptionist was polite and friendly, housekeeping staffs were mindful and approachable. I am also very pleased with their go green movement. I received a 10rm voucher to use at their vending machine for opting out of housekeeping for a day. No plastic bottles as I can just refill my own bottle using their filtered tap. Definitely worth the price and so convenient to walk to pavilion and shops around.
