About this home

Brightly furnished and with good room layout, this holiday home with sauna and whirlpool in the bathroom presents itself. It is slightly elevated and beautifully shielded at the end of a cul-de-sac, in beautiful nature and only about 500 m from the North Sea beach at Blokhus. From the highest point of the property you even have some sea view. In the house there is an open kitchen / living area for family life, three bedrooms, a Hems under the roof and the bathroom with underfloor heating, whirlpool and access to the sauna. The furniture is tastefully, in a modern, typically Scandinavian style and with emphasis on design, quality, well-being and comfort. The large windows of the house provide optimal light in the living room and give the house a bright, airy Wohnambiete. To minimize the heating costs, an air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove were installed, and the holiday home is well insulated. From the living area has two large double doors direct access to the open terrace. There, a pergola was built under which you can spend well-protected summer evenings and barbecue. The hilly nature property is partly planted and borders directly on a nature reserve, which extends again to the coast. No rental to youth groups desired!
