There may not be a property. I pre-paid but never got access. Called the number for help - no one answered (weekend). Made accommodations and called the next business day. Got a message - no one available. Called expedia - got refund. No idea what went wrong. No one called to explain/apologize. Do not rent properties like this from expedia. Get confirmation on how to access the property BEFORE paying.
