My stay was amazing. Room was everything and more. All restaurants were a vibe and good. My privilege stay was even better, top shelf liquor and my butler Shaome was on top of everything I needed and requested. My first time out the country and will be back. Only thing I did not like was no hotel shuttle it’s $70 each way and I was alone so that’s an extra fee I didn’t expect. Taxi cost too much to leave resort makes you not want to do anything on the island. As a woman by myself I did feel safe at all times at the resort.

Beautiful stay
We just enjoyed a 5 night stay. Friendly staff. Excursions booked were reasonably priced and fantastic fun! All the drivers in Jamaica were so friendly and full of knowledge and history. We upgraded to the Privilege package. That was well worth getting 24 hr room service and upgraded dining restaurant along with a Privilege guests beach area. The food was above average for resort food. The bars are generous with the alcohol and very good service. Guest services checked in daily (when we weren't away on excursion) to see how we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Cons - very minimal. We would definitely return! Towel service from housekeeping was not good. Only left bath towels. No hand towels or wash cloths left. Ran out several times and response to getting additional was a no show one night and late another night. Bell man no show on check out day to assist with bags.

Problem after problem
There were so many problems it's hard to list. Plug in bathroom had to be replaced. Took 4 days. Room refrigerator and room coffee service not stocked until after complaint. Shower drain stopped up. Almost flooded the room. Don't want to describe what was pulled out! Lunch at the Privilege Restaurant (we reserved 4 Privilege rooms for family) wasn't served until we called our butler to intervene. Staff yelled at him and other customers got up and left after having same problem. Bar service around pool and at beach was fair at best. Restaurant service was also fair at best. One of our rooms had a table and chairs on outside lanai. Table would have been good if it had the glass tabletop. Room safes needed intervention throughout the week. Hair dryer didn't work. Many times not enough towels in bathroom (said they had no more). No cushion on swing chair on lanai. No linen in room for pull out sofa on first night, so child had to sleep on mattress cover and we used beach towels for cover. So bad a week they had a special dinner for us on the beach on the last night. That was nice, but will never return!

I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. Its my second time and this time was surpassed the last. The service from the staff was top notch. They truly wanted to make sure that the guests are well taken care off. Every need was attended to and they truly made you feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, well laid out with amazing views of Trelawny. You feel like you are on your own private island. I have to give a special shout out to Carlos, one of the managers who made us feel special by sending a surprise gift to our room. Highly recommend this hotel!!

My Stay at this Resort didnt start out too good....i had a lil issue but thanks to this nice gentleman from Guests Service he made it enjoyable n made sure my trip was wonderful....i wish i remembered his name...Thank u so much....other then that i had great time eating all day at the restaurants n drinking n enjoying as much as i can...had a swim up so i barely went to the pool but i had a great view of it n hearing the music n bar was right across from me lol....next time im in Jamaica i will do some activities....i had a peaceful relaxing Vacay.... hopefully enjoy it even better.... This resort the truth n get All Inclusive.
