The top floor onsen was truly an incredible amenity I used once if not twice a day. Great option for especially for foreigners to experience an onsen. Japanese breakfast was delicious, I wish I had dinner here as well I’ve heard only great things. Staff was extremely helpful from pointing out there is an elevator to the subway from the hotel (so I didn’t have to walk in the rain) to helping me communicate with taxi drivers for basement pickup when I left for the airport. Would love to come back and maybe experience other locations

The hotel offers a wonderful combination of modern design and traditional Japanese hospitality. While the building looks very modern from the outside, once inside, you can enjoy an authentic and traditional Japanese hotel experience. Breakfast is served in a private dining setting, with a choice of Japanese or Western set menus. Reservations need to be made at least one day in advance, which is worth keeping in mind when planning your stay. The staff at every level were exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel also has very convenient access to the subway while being located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique combination of traditional Japanese hospitality, modern comfort, and a tranquil atmosphere.
