The elevator we were in suddenly stopped with us inside and we didnt get any updates from anyone. I am very claustrophobic. Manager and hotel refused to take accountability. The rooms were very noisy, windows made all sorts of noises, cleaning from the other rooms would wake us up too early. Alot of food items in room service were not available. Checking in at front desk made us wait a whole hour before giving us the keys to our rooms.(and we actually arrived at 3pm). We were so disappointed. This used to be a hotel we would go to before the pandemic but now i see the quality of everything has deteriorated drastically.
