What I love about the hotel are its convenient location and the onsen. It’s just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, making it incredibly accessible. The onsen was a true blessing, providing us with much-needed relaxation every night. The check-in process could be improved, as there is only one queue, which can be slow at times. The buffet spread is quite repetitive and unexciting, with bananas and kiwi fruits sliced into tiny, unappealing pieces. What I don't like is the additional fee required for late checkout. Dear san Franciscan, 7 mins walk from Shin Osaka station. Single room is very small. If it’s for an overnight and on budget, go for it. If I stay in Osaka for few days, I’ll get a bigger size room. Good customer service!

I’d give this a poor rating due primarily for the lack of air conditioning and false advertising about it. Yes, it does have ‘centrally controlled’ air conditioning for the entire hotel but not individual rooms. Cannot open windows due to tremendous road noise and airplane traffic. Rooms are so small that one literally must climb over the other person to get in bed. Advantage is close to train station.

Biggest issue was no air conditioning for room although they state that it’s centrally managed. Rooms way to small to lay out belongings to get organized. For a couple one of you has to climb over the other to get into bed. For one person ok but not two. Upsides are close to central Osaka train station, atm, and black cat luggage shuttle service. I’d pick something else next time.

Make Sure you get out of the right exit from train station Area around Shin Osaka can be confusing. I would rather take train to another station and stay there next time if I were not taking the shinkansen early the next morning
