The hotel is very clean like just about everywhere in Japan. I was expecting a bit more from this hotel since it was listed as a 3.5 star hotel. I stayed in a 3 star hotel in kyoto and the amenities and room there were better. It was still good for 1 night stay. The breakfast buffet was good and cost about the same as other hotels. If you want to check-in early, they charge 1000 yen per extra hour. Same for a late check out. They will hold your luggage for you though if you prefer to wait until the 3 pm check in time and explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful but have limited english language fluency. The room I was given didn't have much of a view but was one of the bigger rooms (double bed). The hotel is very conveniently located to get the limited express train to Kansai airport (50 min train ride).

Lovely modern hotel
Beautiful modern room, though a second towel rack, or heated towel rack would be a great addition as for two people there was no where to dry our towels. Traditional Japanese small style room but great for a couple of nights stay or for individual travellers. Fantastic location
