An Anniversary get~a~way for two with a 5🌟 review
I have to say, looking at the price, I was EXTRA skeptical to book. After reading many reviews on different sights, we decided to book and give it a try. Well... OMG were we EVER SO SHOCKED to find such a lovely place to stay! From the time we stepped into the main lobby at check in, to the moment we checked out was absolutly AMAZING! Fast, friendly and helpful check in, security features were present but not overbearing; security is a must in these times we're living in, and i appreciate feeling safe and secure while lodging away from home. Fresh, clean smell in the lobby, halls and room, even though they are indeed, pet friendly. Plenty of extra towels and linens, clean fresh sheets with a very comfortable bed and extra comfy pillows. Loved the soaker tub! Clean bathroom and floors throughout the room halls and lobby. Very well maintained property and updated decor.......... and the POOL! It was an average of 65° and chilly during our stay so we did not get to enjoy swimming in the pool, but we've already booked a stay here at the Red Lion in Orlando Fl. In June and are very much looking forward to celebrating my Birthday there! So we will be enjoying that Lazy River in a few short months. As a last minute vacation location change, we definitely made the right decision in choosing The Red Lion, and my husband and I plan on making it our choice place to stay while in the Orlando area many more times to come.

It was a good stay all around, we only did. One night but we will most likely be back for a longer stay. I did notice some bleached areas near a few doors in the hallway, and I would recommend including a free breakfast because that would make this a more frequent stop for us.

This was a good stay. Found the room for a last minute stay. Indoor accessed, large room. Adequate bathroom with extra outer sink. Although, no hair dryer like most hotels have. Nice lounge with good food. Very good staff. Would definitely consider for another good, economical stay.

We were so happy with the ease of booking and our stay at Red Lion Orlando. The room was clean and comfortable. The concierge was excellent and greeted us immediately upon arrival. The front desk managers were always available and warm and friendly. I can’t wait to book there again!

2/10 Poor

A/C broken
Very upset. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there and it was late. We dealt with it. The next day we complained and asked for a new room. They said they were booked and wouldn’t move us. Someone tried for almost 3 hours to fix our air conditioning, already 2 hours past my 1 year olds bed time. Finally I went downstairs with my baby and told them this was unacceptable. My child needed to go to bed. We needed a new hotel room. They finally moved us. Why inconvenience us for 3 hours after we slept with a broken AC the night before and we have a literal toddler with us. On top of being pregnant, this was terrible service and the hotel handled it poorly. I feel like we should’ve been compensated for those 2 nights of having no AC but they didn’t do anything for us.
