Great place! It’s perfectly fine if you don’t need to be right in the center of Havanna. It’s a little outside, but you can walk easily to the capitol and the old town in about 10-15 minutes (I like that better, because then you have the chance to also see the rest of the city and not just the center). Everything was very clean and the air condition did a perfect job. Also Yadira and David were super nice and attentive. They even organized a Cuban SIM card for me, so that I could use data right away after my arrival. So I would definitely come back. 10/10 recommend this apartment.

Kommunikation ist nicht gut
Das Apartment ist schön und hat alles was man braucht.Es liegt etwas weit weg vom Zentrum von Havanna. Was ich nicht mochte ist, dass ich mit dem Vermieter Monate vor meiner Anreise per WhatsApp geschrieben habe und er mich nicht über Kuba aufgeklärt oder mir Tipps gegeben hat. Ich habe erfahren, dass andere Vermieter das machen! Die Managerin Yadira hat mit mir zweimal ausgemacht zu kommen und sagte beides mal kurzfristig ab. Einmal nannte sie als Grund, dass es regnet. Es regnete nur ein wenig an diesem Tag und das ist kein Grund einen Termin abzusagen! Da meine Airline meinen Flug auf den nächsten Tag verschoben hat, teilte ich es dem Vermieter mit und trotzdem wollte er, dass ich die eine Nacht bezahle.
